Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they’re deserving of accolades.

THE RESULTS

Was seeking coaching on how to lead a new dynamic global team in the middle of a pandemic.
MY APPROACH
Focusing on the relationship dynamics within her organization and how to leverage that with her own unique leadership style to drive business results. Her strategic plan included thinking through how to holistically approach the needs and wants of her key stakeholders, her new team and herself in this new role, by coaching her through a framework that would enable her to lead in a way that leans into her strengths and expertise in recruiting.
