Leadership Strategist.
Ambitious Creator.
Supermom.

Whether you are a natural born leader or are committed to developing skills, leading well requires an exchange of energy to ensure both you and the people you are leading develop and grow.

At age 23, I found myself perched on a metal ladder boarding up my 125,381 sq ft big box store in the heart of the south, in prep for a looming hurricane.

No were in the job description did it mention putting my life in harms ways to prioritize the safety of the people, property and products in the store. But it was required in that moment. My education and prior experiences did not matter in the face of the danger that was headed directly toward my team and I.

When’s the last time you tossed your expertise to the side and got in the middle of the storm with your team to lead well, to do what you know is right regardless if its in your big corporate strategy roadmap?

During my 16 years of corporate leadership, I have experienced just about everything.

I have experienced egos and ethics, corporate politics and compassion, the fragility of life and the freedom of being the underdog. Those cumulative experience have been my classroom.

Because of those experiences I know how to lead and coach other leaders through crisis management, impostor syndrome, racial unrest, global pandemics while developing dynamic teams and caring for yourself.

When “traditional leaders” see a storm, I see white space to create a path forward.

I see colorful possibilities, I see the heart of humanity, I see the lives of the colleagues delivering big results and driving the bottomline, I see an opportunity to disrupt “what has always been” and design a framework for what will be. Because after all, leading well takes each of us doing our part exceptionally well.

I never looked like the textbook definition of leadership.

My leadership style isn’t one I have yet to find in any book. But my results, they speak for themesleves

When shit hits the fan and when the playbook no longer works…that is when I shine the brightest. If I learned anything in my leadership journey, it is that leading well leading damn well is in my DNA.

Leading when the skies are clear is easy

Are you prepared to lead in a storm?

Now is the time to get clarity and gain confidence in your ability to lead, and be prepared to lead well no matter the circumstances in the environment.

The road to winning is filled with milestones of success…

Some wins are major hallmark moments in your career, others are smaller moments of joy. But nonetheless every win is the result of the exchange of energy you’ve committed to giving on the journey. Celebrate every victory.

What clients are saying

“We look forward to our continued relationship with Jasmine and look forward to the continued impact her voice has on the future of work.”

Our partnership with Jasmine started in 2017 when she brought us on board to support her company’s diversity, equity and inclusion plans for women in tech. That initial event in Phoenix grew to multiple cities in the U.S. and scaled internationally.

More recently in our partnership, we invited someone Jasmine to speak at our inaugural Diversity Reboot conference in 2020. Through her keynote on “The Future on Diverse Talent and What They Will Ask Employers” our audience were given a reality check, an action plan, and inspiration that they too can be a part of the good trouble that causes a good change in corporate spaces.

Jasmine was also featured as a Subject Matter Expert during our September 2021 invite-only Executive Forum on the topic of “Building and Investing in Diverse Early Career Pipelines”. During this off-the-record Q&A session between Jasmine, PowerToFly, and C-Suite leaders. Jasmine shared her expertise on connecting with Gen-Z and hiring through a DEIB lens.

We look forward to our continued relationship with Jasmine and look forward to the continued impact her voice has on the future of work.

My Why Never Changes: My Family.

What anchors you? What keeps you grounded? What helps you to quiet the noise of the storm and focus? For me, it has always been my family.

As successful as I am, and as much as I love the work I get to do… I aim to be an even bigger success at home with my daughters. I’m so mission focused that they remind me to look up, laugh and like my oldest says “whenever you get nervous, just breathe and believe”.
